The role blends statistics, experimentation, and emerging AI to deliver scalable analyses, identify opportunities, and influence cross-functional teams. This position is based in the US with a strong data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data science or similar quantitative roles.
• Ability to learn new AI capabilities and apply practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R for analysis.
• Strong statistics, experimentation, and causal inference foundations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and interpreting experiments.
• Ability to define metric frameworks to empower data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication to translate analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with customer journeys, funnels, or multi-channel growth.

Responsibilities

• Use AI as part of the day-to-day data science workflow and develop reusable AI-enabled tools, skills, or agents.
• Drive strategy and roadmap for the Partnership channel and the customer experience funnel through data insights.
• Own analytics for the entire customer experience funnel, from opportunities to purchases.
• Design and evaluate experiments and causal analyses to measure impact of product and funnel changes.
• Analyze affiliates performance across the partnership channel to uncover growth opportunities.
• Identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities and translate questions into rigorous analyses.
• Apply statistical analysis, segmentation, modeling, and deep-dive analyses to understand drivers.
• Define metrics, measurement frameworks, and visualizations to monitor performance.
