Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota seeks an Associate Director of Growth, Data, and Research to lead reporting, analytics, data governance, and data communications across fundraising, engagement, and growth initiatives.

You will translate complex data into clear insights for senior leaders and cross-functional partners, and manage the Growth Data and Research teams to ensure accurate data operations and mail list management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of experience in development, fundraising operations, data management, sales support, outreach analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of database management or research experience; Raiser's Edge experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams, developing staff, managing priorities, and improving data operations.

• Own reporting, analytics, data governance, and data communications for fundraising, engagement, and growth functions.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for leaders and partners.
• Lead the Growth Data and Research teams and ensure accurate data management and mail list management.
