Job summary

mani™ is seeking a hands-on Growth & Partnerships role to expand our emotional wellness brand via short-form content and strategic creator collaborations. You’ll own content creation across platforms, manage influencer & affiliate partnerships, and build scalable systems that steadily grow our audience and engagement.

You’ll work directly with the founding team to ship quickly, learn from results, and iterate. Experience with CapCut, Canva, and AI-assisted tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience growing or managing social accounts, creator communities, or brand partnerships.
• Strong short-form storytelling instincts and platform-native content skills.
• Confidence reaching out to influencers and managing collaboration workflows end‑to‑end.
• Familiarity with mental health, self-help, emotional wellness, or emotionally driven consumer brands.
• Ability to identify trends and adapt them to a brand voice without losing brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish platform-native short-form content across multiple social channels.
• Source and manage relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and affiliate partners.
• Track key metrics and experiment with hooks, formats, and distribution strategies.
• Build repeatable ambassador and affiliate systems that scale reach and trust.
