This is a fully remote position with two weeks of onboarding, uncapped variable pay (base plus bonus), a remote work budget for setup, a modern stack, and a profit-share model. The team travels together twice a year to Europe, and you’ll own your growth strategy within your book.

Join Perspective as Growth Consultant (DACH)

Know your customers. Spot what they need before they ask. Automate the rest. That's pretty much the job.

You'll work closely with 100 DACH customers and know what's happening across your portfolio before anyone has to tell you. Which renewal needs attention? Who might be at risk? Where's an opportunity to grow?

We call it Growth Consultant for a reason. Sometimes helping a customer means expanding, sometimes it doesn't. We care about valuable, long-term relationships, not pushing the biggest plan.
