Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting business development, sales, marketing or CRM administration.
• Experience with CRM platforms (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development Managers and leadership to support growth initiatives.
• Prepare reports, scorecards and activity tracking to inform decisions.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings and leadership communications.
• Build and maintain prospect and client records in CRM; research target companies.
• Create prospect lists and audience segmentation for outreach campaigns.
• Maintain sales data, pipeline reporting and lead management processes.
• Coordinate business development email campaigns and targeted communications.
• Assist with social media initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
• Help coordinate networking events and client experiences.
• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for growth.
