Job summary

ExecuSource, Inc. is seeking a CFO for a growing service organization in Southeast, GA. The role reports to the CEO and serves as a strategic partner, guiding accounting, finance, and systems initiatives.

Salary is DOE with incentives/equity, and most work is onsite with potential relocation or local-week flexibility. The CFO will lead an accounting team, manage banking relationships, coordinate audits, establish SOPs, drive KPI reporting, and oversee cash flow forecasting as the company scales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent
• CPA and/or Masters a plus
• 10+ years of experience in scaling/transformation environments
• Strong coaching and leadership experience
• Energetic and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounting team of 4.
• Manage banking relationships and reporting for a credit facility.
• Serve as audit liaison.
• Set up SOPs, policies and procedures for the Accounting department and company.
• Own internal financial reporting.
• Cash management and forecasting.
• Develop company KPIs and report to leaders.
• Lead future systems implementation efforts.
