Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking its first CFO for a Southeast Georgia based service organization. This on-site role will be a strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing the Accounting team of 4, managing banking relationships, serving as audit liaison, and setting up SOPs, policies and procedures for the Accounting department and company.

Relocation or local candidate welcome; DOE (Estimated $175-200K) plus incentives/equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA and/or Master’s degree a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in closely held businesses.
• Strong coaching and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounting team of 4.
• Manage banking relationships and reporting for credit facility.
• Serve as audit liaison and set up SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Own internal financial reporting and cash management.
• Forecasting, KPI development, and reporting to leadership.
• Lead future systems implementation efforts.
