Job summary

Elevate Recruiting is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and lead all financial operations as the company scales in the broadband and telecom infrastructure sector.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will drive strategic growth initiatives, oversee FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial controls, and guide due diligence for acquisitions while building a high-performance finance organization.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance executive within broadband, telecommunications infrastructure, utility construction, or related construction services industry.
• Deep understanding of broadband network installation, infrastructure services, construction contracting, or field services businesses.
• Experience leading finance organizations within companies generating approximately $300 million to $1 billion+ in annual revenue.
• Demonstrated success supporting high-growth organizations, including acquisition integration and operational scaling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead all aspects of finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, financial reporting, and controls.
• Provide financial leadership for organic growth and future acquisitions, including due diligence and integration.
• Drive EBITDA improvement, operational efficiencies, and scalable financial processes.
• Deliver meaningful financial analysis and KPI reporting to support executive decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and cash flow management.
