Qualifications

• Proven strategic finance leadership with growth and profitability focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for multiple practices.
• Partner with CEOs and physician leaders to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop financial KPIs, dashboards, and standardized reporting for visibility.
• Analyze results and implement improvement plans for underperforming practices.
• Prepare executive-level presentations detailing financial strategy and outcomes.
• Evaluate investments and growth opportunities via financial modeling and analysis.
• Lead finance teams and strengthen controls and processes.
• Leverage NetSuite, Power BI, and other tools for reporting and decision support.
• Collaborate to align financial priorities with organizational growth.
