Job summary

Alpha Delta Pi is seeking an Assistant Director of Collegiate Growth to support growth initiatives, extension operations, and campus engagement logistics across chapters. You will coordinate on-site activities, travel to campuses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate growth strategies into actionable plans.

This field-based role requires frequent travel, meticulous planning, and strong communication with campus professionals, volunteers, and staff to ensure programs align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education, fraternity/sorority life, recruitment, event coordination, or related fields.
• Experience in campus-based engagement, student affairs, or membership-based organizations preferred.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate extension execution and campus operations.
• Manage on-site extension logistics including scheduling, travel coordination, and events.
• Support development and delivery of extension presentations, proposals, and materials.
• Coordinate engagement with campus administrators, fraternity/sorority life professionals, and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of extension activities with messaging, branding, and strategic direction.
