Job summary

Catawiki is seeking a Campaigns & Activations Specialist to own development and delivery of campaigns that engage buyers and sellers, turning ideas into high-impact customer moments. You’ll work with the Campaign & Activations Manager and cross-functional teams to bring opportunities to life.

Based in Amsterdam with a hybrid model (minimum two days in the office), you’ll monitor market trends, craft cohesive plans across CRM, Creative, Merchandising, PR and paid media, and continuously improve

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end campaigns from concept to launch and evaluation.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and optimize results.
• Collaborate with CRM, Creative, Merchandising, PR and paid media to build cohesive journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaigns: Develop, plan, launch and evaluate campaigns and activations across the company marketplace.
• Bring fresh ideas by monitoring market trends and opportunities to test.
• Measure and scale: define success metrics, monitor performance and turn results into learnings.
• Shape integrated campaign plans with cross-functional teams to reach the right audience.
• Drive cross-functional delivery and keep campaigns moving with clear objectives and timelines.
• Improve planning, briefing, reporting and retrospective processes to increase effectiveness.
