Job summary

Smith is seeking a strategic Vice President of Marketing to drive revenue growth and market leadership. You will lead the company’s B2B marketing programs across demand generation, brand, product marketing, content, and digital channels.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to set plans, budgets, and KPIs, building a modern marketing organization capable of supporting rapid growth. A strong track record in analytics and marketing tech is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership.
• 5+ years leading marketing teams in B2B.
• Experience in demand gen, digital, product, and brand initiatives.
• Knowledge of modern marketing tech and analytics.
• Experience partnering with Sales.
