Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in marketing, with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing and data‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to plan campaigns, drive growth, and manage pipelines.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning aligned with revenue goals.
• Measure performance, optimize campaigns, and report KPIs.
• Build and coach a high‑performing Marketing team.
• Develop scalable marketing infrastructure to support growth across North America.
• Collaborate with Sales to define pipeline goals and improve lead quality.
• Oversee website strategy, UX, SEO, and analytics for growth.
