Electro-Voice Dynacord LLC is expanding its Growth Team in Burnsville, MN. This Growth Mission role focuses on creating markets rather than inheriting territories, selling complete audio solutions and driving demand across new verticals.

You’ll identify untapped industries, build executive relationships, and own an ambitious pipeline with high earning potential. Qualified candidates will travel up to 50% and be comfortable operating onsite near major metro airports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of equivalent sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn and articulate complex technical solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Goal-oriented, innovative, and able to adapt quickly.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite in Burnsville, MN.
• Ambition to build a long-term sales career.

Responsibilities

• Build markets from scratch by opening new verticals and establishing presence where competitors are not focused.
• Sell complete, integrated professional audio solutions and communicate business value.
• Challenge the status quo with new ideas and outreach strategies.
• Build relationships with consultants, architects, AV integrators, IT leaders and end users.
• Own your pipeline: generate demand, navigate complex cycles, close new business.
• Influence product go-to-market strategies and expansion into new industries.
