Job summary

Jombine, a national luxury smart home brand, seeks a CFO-ready strategist to lead finance, partner with the CEO and board, and scale financial systems across multiple branches. You will drive forecasting, capital decisions, and reporting cadence while building the infrastructure for aggressive growth.

You will oversee the entire finance organization, manage lender relationships, and contribute to enterprise value with a long-term incentive plan in a PE-backed setting.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive finance leadership including Controller, VP of Finance, or CFO roles.
• Experience in a PE-backed company and with board/lender interactions.
• MBA or CPA strongly preferred, with a track record of building scalable finance infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own Financial Strategy: set vision, capital structure, and long-range planning with CEO and board.
• Lead Finance Organization: oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and team development.
• Partner with Board & Ownership: deliver reporting, analysis, and strategic insight for growth.
• Build Forecasting & Capital Model: rolling 13-week cash flow and multi-year budgets.
