Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing with proven results.
• Must possess at a minimum Bachelor's Degree; related field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact with referral sources and prospects; identify and analyze needs; communicate goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with networking and referral sources through regular meetings, calls and emails.
• Identify and secure referral sources based on market needs to build relationships, drive revenue and growth.
• Pursue sales partnerships and contact lead sources by email, phone, and in person with local travel.
• Support brand awareness, implement market growth strategies, create business development plans and achieve quarterly sales objectives.
• Educate sources on franchise services; present at public education and networking events.
• Demonstrate understanding of current market needs and knowledge of franchise services.
