This full-time role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and aligning our operational strategies with our broader business goals. As a key leader, you will oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee and optimize daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to establish clear, efficient workflows and operational guidelines.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Thrive 365 Labs' growth objectives.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set performance goals and measure success.

Customer Experience:

• Elevate customer service practices to achieve high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions.

Project Management:

• Lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Implement project management best practices to track progress and mitigate risks.

Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Create and refine processes that drive productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Manage and inspire operational teams, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve professional growth and organizational success.

Qualifications

Professional Experience:

• Proven track record in operations management, with significant experience in P&L management and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer service initiatives and enhance client satisfaction.
• Expertise in project management, including delivering high-value projects within complex operational environments.
• Experience working with or currently employed by companies with annual revenues of $30-50MM.

Leadership Skills:

• Exceptional decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving organizational change and inspiring teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

Analytical and Problem-Solving:

• Ability to analyze complex challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required.
• An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
