Job summary

Vanguard Charitable seeks a senior leader to own the intelligence and client experience engine driving growth across analytics, insights, and reporting.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this executive directs data science, BI, and client experience programs, building data products and measurement systems that inform where the enterprise invests. Strong leadership and financial services experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Skilled in translating complex data into executive-ready insights, recommendations, and actions.
• Experience leading analytics, reporting, data science, or client insights teams.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, or mission-driven organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a client, market, and business intelligence strategy.
• Lead data science and BI teams delivering predictive insights and reporting.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise growth scorecard with KPIs and dashboards.
• Partner with IT to align data strategy and analytics capabilities.
• Drive opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies.
• Mentor and grow analytics, reporting, data science, and client experience teams.
