Job summary

Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is seeking an Analyst Aftermarket Growth to join the Aftermarket Growth Team in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on analyzing market trends, member performance, and program metrics to drive cost savings and revenue growth.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Excellent benefits are offered. The Analyst will support the Development & Equipment Solutions (DES) team, prepare stakeholder reports, and collaborate with RSCS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2 to 4 years of data or financial analysis experience.
Experience creating dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Responsibilities

Analyze market, financial, and operational data to identify opportunities for program optimization and cost savings.
Support commercial strategy execution with analytics for aftermarket growth initiatives.
Measure program performance by tracking KPIs and delivering reports to stakeholders.
Inform innovation roadmaps with data-driven insights for new tools and programs.
Collaborate across teams to align analytics with strategic objectives.
Travel 5%–15%.
