Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs to create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality client experience.
• Engage the branch team to monitor, adjust the branch business plan.
• Create a mutually trusting and accountable branch environment.
