Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related science, or 5+ years in production agriculture.
• 2+ years of commercial cultivation experience.
• Experience overseeing production environments and equipment.
• Knowledge of micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, and nutrient implementation.
• Understanding of cannabis growing laws and DOA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head Grower to execute grow operations and projects.
• Direct and supervise Grow Team to meet GTI standards.
• Manage staff hiring, discipline, and development.
• Direct management of grow schedules, personnel and QA practices.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal licensing.
• Data entry in inventory tracking systems.
