Job summary

A premier golf resort in Colorado is seeking Grounds Crew Members to help shape and maintain a unique golfing experience. Responsibilities include supporting turf growth, managing irrigation, and performing maintenance tasks outdoors. Ideal candidates will have experience in grounds maintenance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. $16 - $22 per hour, plus benefits including health insurance and a retirement plan, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or similar work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate equipment safely.
• Understanding of safety around heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Support turf grow-in and ongoing course maintenance.
• Manage irrigation and hand-water to maintain playing conditions.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks on the golf course.
