Job summary

PIPESTONE is seeking a Grow Finish Production Manager to oversee swine production operations, lead a skilled team, and drive efficiency and profitability at the assigned unit.

You will manage daily farm activities, train and coach staff, ensure animal welfare and biosecurity, oversee inventories, maintenance, and records, and partner with HR on recruiting and development to build a strong, reliable workforce.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Agricultural education preferred.
• 4+ years livestock experience and 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Swine production experience strongly preferred.
• Must live within 50 minutes of the farm.
