Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to attend 4 1/2 day Grove crane training.
• Ability to read/interpret load charts is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Load and move industrial silos and parts using a Grove mobile crane.
• Stage shipments based on orders.
• Verify packing slips and obtain supervisor signature before shipment.
• Provide customer service by relaying shipment information as needed.
• Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on Grove equipment; keep area clean.
• Monitor for defects or damage and report before reaching customers.
• Follow safety regulations including OSHA crane practices and PPE.
