Job summary

FlyOver Iceland is looking for a Groups Administrator to work at the Talkeetna Lodge in Alaska. Your role entails monitoring group bookings, ensuring proper communication with management, and assisting various departments to ensure the best guest experience.

You will be required to have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organization abilities, and previous guest service experience. This is a full-time seasonal role with an hourly wage of $20, starting immediately and running until September 19, 2026.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform duties of the job with regular sitting, standing, walking, seeing, and hearing.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to group bookings.
• Maintain communication with management regarding changes to group bookings.
• Provide a weekly schedule with all groups and events.
• Greet tour directors to ensure all requirements are met.
• Assist Front Desk and Food & Beverage Manager as needed.
