Job summary

24 Hour Fitness Escondido is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise sessions to diverse members and guests. You will lead classes in-person at the Escondido club and via virtual platforms, creating a welcoming, challenging and safe environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, energy, and a passion for helping others achieve health goals. Availability on weekends and holidays may be required as part of club operations.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in leading group exercise classes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to members at varying fitness levels.
• Present sessions in an inviting and challenging way.
• Ensure safety and proper technique during classes.
• Increase attendance through engaging instruction and motivation.
• Maintain a minimum of 2 coaching classes per week.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sessions.
