24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise programs, creating an inviting and motivating experience for members and guests at our Escondido club.

The role emphasizes safety, high‑quality instruction, strong member connection, and timely class start/finish, with opportunities to recruit new participants and maintain a clean, well‑maintained club environment.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise primary certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to a wide variety of members in person or via virtual technology.
• Present group sessions in a welcoming, encouraging and challenging way.
• Ensure safety and high-quality instruction by teaching proper techniques and guidelines.
• Increase member attendance through engaging teaching and motivational skills.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for members and guests before and after classes.
• Start and finish group sessions on time as scheduled and maintain club cleanliness.
