Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver engaging group exercise sessions both in-person and via virtual platforms. You will lead classes, motivate participants and maintain a welcoming environment that supports health and wellness goals.

The role emphasizes safety, coaching quality, reliability, and the ability to manage time and class schedules, including weekends. Experience in group fitness is preferred, with a current certification required.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise primary certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions and classes in person or via virtual technology.
• Present sessions to welcome, encourage and challenge members.
• Educate members on safe techniques and guidelines to ensure safety.
• Increase attendance by connecting with and motivating participants.
