Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in product management, technology-enabled services, or related fields with senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale product portfolios and multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, go-to-market strategies, and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead an enterprise Product Management function across AAA, establishing operating model, governance, processes, and capabilities.
• Put customers and markets at the center of product decisions through discovery, research, and competitive analysis.
• Lead commercialization of AI and new products with P&L ownership and revenue targets.
