Requirements:

• 18 years old +
• U.S or Mexican Citizen
• Proficient in using a computer and the internet
• Ability to Communicate Effectively
• Detail oriented - Self starter

Responsibilities:

• You will support various groups and organizations by researching, coordinating and booking trips.
• Create quotes that meet all of the clients' requirements including location, food requirements, excursions and budgets.
• Coordinate all required travel documents for employees i.e. passports, country entrance paperwork.
• Disseminate all information to clients' employees on an as-needed basis.
• Process payments for groups, assure all payment deadlines are met on time.
• Create detailed itineraries and guidelines for clients including What to Pack and What to Expect.
