Job summary

Groups Recover Together in Clarksburg, WV is seeking a Substance Use Counselor to lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day and be a vital part of our member-centered care teams.

You will collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches; monitor progress and document outcomes; and uphold a recovery-oriented environment. A Master’s degree is required with licensure preferences and reciprocity to other states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active behavioral health licensure preferred with reciprocity in other states.
• Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting.
• Comfort with EMR, telehealth software and Google products.
• Commitment to quality care and member success.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions daily using a structured curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions within clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a recovery-oriented environment for members.
