Job summary

Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System is seeking a full-time Group Therapist to lead group therapy sessions for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology and possess strong group facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing group facilitation.
• Experience working with psychiatric mental health population preferred.
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for patients of all ages.
• Document group notes and individual progress towards treatment goals.
• Maintain communication with treatment teams to support service delivery.
