Qualifications

• CDA credential is required or path to enroll in one.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2500 hours of verified child care experience and 2 written recommendations are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a classroom of young children (6 weeks to school age) in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Develop creative lesson plans and guide daily routines.
• Communicate with parents about milestones and progress.
• Document activities and plan sheets to align with Keystone STARS standards.
• Support staff and manage classroom documentation and meal/activity sheets.
