Job summary

Biolumina, part of Omnicom, is seeking a seasoned strategist to lead account and brand planning projects. You will mentor junior staff and manage mid‑risk initiatives, delivering professional advice and solutions that align with the organisation’s goals.

You will develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity, define color palettes, typography and imagery, and establish design standards across campaigns. This is an in‑office role requiring three days per week.

Job Description:

Provides specialized expertise in a specific field, working independently and leading projects of moderate risk and complexity. Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. Possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organisation's broader goals.

Develops and maintains the visual identity of a brand, network, channel, or organisation, including logo design and the overall look and feel. Defines and selects colour palettes, typography, imagery, and visual elements that consistently express brand positioning and values across all touchpoints.
Establishes brand design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across productions and campaigns. Develops and maintains graphic designs and layouts that support brand identity, and reviews design outputs to ensure alignment with established standards and overall brand direction.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
