Are you a motivated self-starter looking for a flexible, commission-based sales opportunity?

Join our dynamic team as a Group Sales Specialist and get the chance to sell KidZania's excitingproducts and services to various organizations, including schools, birthday parties, youthgroups, corporate entities, and more! This contract, commission-only role offers you thefreedom to work on your own time while earning commissions for every sale you make. Key Responsibilities:


• Sales Development & Execution: Actively prospect and sell group tickets to KidZania'simmersive experiences to schools, businesses, youth organizations, birthday parties, andother group entities.


• Lead Generation & Networking: Utilize a variety of external channels, including email,phone calls, social media platforms, networking groups, and local events to generateleads and drive ticket sales.


• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, ongoingrelationships with clients, offering top-tier customer service and support.

• Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement unique sales strategies andideas to engage potential clients and drive sales growth.


• Meetings & Outreach: Schedule and conduct calls, appointments, and in-personmeetings with prospective clients, ensuring a personalized and compelling sales pitch.


• Sales Administration: Track all communication and sales activities using a CRM systemto stay organized and up-to-date on client interactions.


• Revenue Generation: Focus on maximizing sales and revenue by selling the full KidZaniaexperience to various group types.

• Collaboration & Reporting: Participate in regular sales meetings and report on progress,challenges, and opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements:


• Excellent Communication Skills: Confident and professional in communicating withclients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.


• Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in group sales or event sales, isa plus, but not required.

• Self-Driven: Must be highly motivated, with the ability to work independently andmanage your own schedule.


• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple salesopportunities simultaneously.


• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but not mandatory. Proficiency withsocial media and digital communication tools is important.

• Customer-Centric: Ability to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positiveexperience for all clients.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, asneeded.
