Job summary

The Nashville Zoo is seeking a Group Sales Representative to join the Group Sales team. This role focuses on inside sales, generating leads, coordinating contracts, and supporting outside sales with high-quality service.

Responsibilities include promoting group rentals, creating quotes and invoices, coordinating events, and representing the Zoo at group events, with evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree with a minimum of 3 years sales experience.
• Ticket and group event sales experience desired.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule including nights and weekends.
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Zoo group rentals and wedding/event opportunities through inbound leads, networking, and outbound calls/emails.
• Generate quotes, contracts and invoices for group sales.
• Coordinate site tours and logistics for prospective clients.
• Generate leads for outside sales representatives and collaborate with catering/events teams.
• Represent Nashville Zoo at group events and build relationships with hotels, planners, and organizations.
