A5-star, luxury destination resort in Coloradois seeking a passionate and results-drivenGroup Sales Managerto lead group sales efforts in theDallas and greater Texas market. This is awhite-glove, relationship-driven sales rolefocused on engaging and securing business fromhigh-net-worth individuals, C-suite executives, and senior-level corporate decision makers. The ideal candidate is polished, strategic, and deeply networked, with anestablished book of business and database of qualified HNWI and executive clientelein the Dallas/Texas market.
This is aremote position, but requiresresidency in Dallas, withfrequent travel to the Colorado resort(all expenses covered).
Position Type:
Full-time, year-round remote position based inDallas, TX, with regular travel to the resort for site visits, client hosting, and internal alignment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Solicit, propose, and contracthigh-value group business, including executive retreats, incentive programs, wellness escapes, and milestone gatherings
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships withHNWI, corporate executives, and luxury event decision makers
- Leverage an existing book of business and contact database to drive targeted outreach and new lead generation
- Respond to inbound group inquiries withtailored, white-glove proposalsaligned with the brand’s luxury positioning
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity, contacts, and pipeline management using CRM tools
- Partner with on-property teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery of guest programs
- Represent the resort at exclusive sales events, luxury industry functions, and executive networking opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic sales planning and annual revenue targets
- Serve as a luxury ambassador, consistently delivering arefined, high-touch client experiencefrom first contact through program completion
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience ingroup sales within luxury hospitality, private event production, or experiential travel
- Must reside in or near Dallas, TX, with strong connections and presence in the local HNW and executive communities
- Proven book of business and database of qualified HNWI and C-suite clientele
- Demonstrated success closing high-value group business and exceeding revenue goals
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with a sophisticated, consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work both independently and in collaboration with remote teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales platforms
- Willingness totravel monthly to the Colorado resortfor site visits, familiarization trips, and team coordination
- Base Salary up to $120,000 DOE+Commission:Uncapped, 3% of all group sales
- Travel:All travel to/from the Colorado resort fully covered
