About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center's Group Sales Manager will be responsible for driving group sales revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve group sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify potential group clients and proactively generate leads through networking, industry events, and other sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to create compelling sales proposals and presentations for group clients.
  • Conduct site visits, and familiarization trips to showcase the property's amenities and services.
  • Negotiate and finalize group contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the hotel.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and sales events to promote the hotel and establish professional networks.

What You Bring

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • High attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or a related field is preferred
  • at least 2 years of experience in Group Sales preferred
  • Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
