Magic Springs Theme and Waterpark in Hot Springs, AR, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to grow our group sales by engaging schools, churches, and communities. You will manage inquiries from first contact to final on-site execution, blending office sales and hands-on event support to deliver memorable guest experiences.

The role is full-time and entry-level, requiring weekend work from May through October and the ability to travel locally for events.

Qualifications

• Must be outgoing with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with desire to learn and grow in sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate group sales leads through calls, emails, and community networking.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to design group experiences.
• Provide on-site support for group check-in and guest satisfaction.
• Represent Magic Springs at local events to build brand awareness.
