Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, is seeking a Seasonal Group Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support for Group Sales Managers. The role requires strong organization and communication, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities include preparing and managing resort service contracts, supporting client outreach, assisting with prospecting, and coordinating Winter contracts.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To provide administrative support for Group Sales Managers and other sales staff members. The Group Sales Coordinator has strong organization and communication skills, is self-motivated and can prioritize effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and prepare resort service contracts on behalf of all Sales Managers
• Support initial and ongoing contact with clients to secure business
• Assist in prospecting and company research to support collective sales efforts
• Coordinate and execute Resort Services Winter contracts
• Contracts may include group lift tickets, private hosts and instructors, race hill, first tracks, ski with a champion, and other on and off-site tasks which could require skiing to location on the resort
• Support all group lift tickets fulfillment and printing via RTP
• Manage accounts and bookings within Delphi/Salesforce
• Verify Resort Services Winter product availability and fulfill booking requests
• Participate in Group Sales team training as directed and required
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organization and communication skills
• Previous travel, hospitality and/or ski industry sales experience preferredExperience with Salesforce, Delphi, Maestro, MS Office, Teams & RTP
• Must be available for a varied work schedule including weekends, and additional hours and days as workload dictates
• This position requires work to be done in person and onsite in Park City, UT

• Starting at $22.00/hour
