Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA seeks a Day Group Associate to manage incoming day-group leads for waterparks, ski, snowtubing, and Mountain Adventures. You will secure group bookings and maximize resort revenue through effective sales and client engagement.

Responsibilities include learning hotel operations, responding quickly to inquiries, and using the sales system to enter business and build accounts, with a focus on guest experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn resort offerings and group pricing.

Responsibilities

• Develop a full working knowledge of hotel operations (F&B, Guest Services, Reservations).
• Respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Maintain knowledge of sales policies and SOPs; adhere to them as part of the sales team.
• Meet or exceed set sales goals.
• Assist in timely preparation of required reports.
