Job summary

Camelback Resort is seeking a Day Group Associate in Sales to handle incoming leads for day groups across waterparks, ski mountain, snowtubing hill, and Mountain Adventures, converting opportunities to maximize resort revenue. You will manage bookings, conduct site visits, and collaborate with the sales team to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and guest service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn resort offerings, pricing, and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or guest service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a full working knowledge of hotel operations (F&B, Guest Services, Reservations).
• Respond to all leads within 24 hours.
• Understand and follow sales policies and SOPs.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Prepare required reports timely.
• Learn resort offerings, group packages, pricing, and sales policies.
• Conduct professional site inspections with clients.
• Use sales management system to manage business, enter leads, block space, build accounts.
• Greet onsite contacts and build client relationships.
• Attend staff and team meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as requested.
