The beautiful, family friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a full-time Group Reservations Coordinator to join their guest services team! This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations!

The ideal candidate is an excellent multi-tasker, can manage a heavy call volume, and has experience working in Front Office/Rooms.

Schedule Pattern: Full Time - open availability Monday - Friday with some weekends between the hours of 7am - 8pm

Pay Rate: $20.23

What will I be doing?

  • Answer incoming guests calls, both internal and external; monitor multiple inboxes related to FIT bookings and group requests
  • Audit OnQ PM for reservations accuracy, with attention tospecial requests, coding issues and billing requirements.
  • Reviewactualized rooms for potential billing errors
  • Review group pick up;assist in ensuring proper availability of room types/balancing as necessary using OnQ RNI
  • Assists management/front desk operations by booking transient reservations
  • Initiate and prepare reports, as well as assistwithother administrative duties as needed
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Revenue, Director of Rooms or Director of Front Office

In addition to the performance of the above listed essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
