Job summary

Warner Pacific Insurance Services in Urbandale, IA, seeks a Renewal Consultant to strengthen group medical case retention across Iowa and Ohio. You will analyze broker data, develop retention strategies, and collaborate with Sales Executives to address renewal challenges.

You will support brokers and clients, attend open enrollment meetings, and produce reports on retention, churn, and insights using Excel, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 for leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa and Ohio Life & Health insurance license required.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, health insurance, or data analytics/data mining.
• Ability to self-start and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze broker data, feedback, and trends to identify at-risk accounts and retention opportunities.
• Develop and implement targeted retention strategies and campaigns with Sales Executives.
• Create, maintain, and distribute renewal and stewardship reports for brokers, carriers, and leadership.
