Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Group Product Manager in New York to own the vision, strategy, and execution for a core product area.

You will lead Product Managers and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and executives, driving results in an in-office Brooklyn setting. You’ll shape roadmaps, write requirements, and guide delivery while embedding AI into workflows and maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce platform experience and architecture familiarity.
• 8+ years in product management, leadership roles, or PE-backed operations.
• Proven success building and developing high-performing product teams.
• Ability to identify and integrate AI tools into business workflows for measurable gains.
• Active use of AI to accelerate research, analysis, writing, prioritization and decisions.
• Strong data fluency, with KPI definition and product analytics.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence for senior leadership.
• Track record of delivering multi-workstream initiatives from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Own the health and direction of a major product area with a multi-quarter roadmap.
• Stay actively involved in requirements, specs, designs, and discovery for priority initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to inject AI and automation into client and attorney workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and set performance expectations.
• Drive collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver high-quality products.
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships and communicate strategy, priorities, and progress.
• Define success metrics, adoption, and post-launch performance; iterate rapidly.
• Partner with Operations, Legal, and IT to ensure smooth rollouts and adoption.
