Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Group Product Manager in New York to lead product vision and strategy for their Salesforce-based system. In this role, you will manage a team of Product Managers and collaborate across Engineering, Design, and Data teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, extensive experience with Salesforce, and a proven track record in integrating AI into workflows. This is an in-office position with a strong focus on collaboration and execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management or related leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams of Product Managers.
• Strong data fluency and experience defining KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for the Salesforce-based case management system.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and drive collaboration across functions.
• Identify opportunities to inject AI and automation into workflows.
