Job summary

Gigs is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a team building the platform that enables other companies to offer their own mobile service. You will oversee APIs, network integrations, and end-user experiences across multiple product areas.

The role combines hands-on problem solving with strategic leadership, requires 7+ years in product management, and offers a base salary range of $255k–$290k with hybrid work and strong learning benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading and coaching other product managers.
• Strong track record shipping in complex domains, ideally platforms, APIs, or backend-heavy systems.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make calls with imperfect information while keeping teams aligned.
• Customer-oriented mindset with experience working directly with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Clear, concise communication (especially written) and an owner mindset that creates momentum.
• Hands-on use of modern AI tools, with a view on where they make product teams better, not just faster.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of product managers to deliver against KPIs with clear ownership.
• Own strategy and roadmap across multiple product areas with customer value and business impact.
• Stay hands-on, owning key problems end-to-end from discovery to launch.
• Partner with Eng and Design to turn vision into execution and align priorities.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to understand problems and validate solutions.
• Shape product org processes, incorporating AI and automation.
