The Role

Loom seeks a product leader to drive its mission and lead the growth function. As Group Product Manager, you will set vision, strategy, and oversee execution of the Growth org. This role involves managing a team of PMs and contributing directly to high-impact projects. It is a remote role, requiring location between PST and EST.

Responsibilities

  • Manage self-serve revenue streams.
  • Lead a high-performing, metrics-driven team to foster growth.
  • Develop systems to monitor growth metrics and health of the funnel.
  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and feature development to enhance team acquisition, activation, and monetization.
  • Collaborate with Core Product to align vision.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, data, research, and marketing teams for product delivery.
  • Define team goals and key metrics aligned with Loom’s mission.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to develop growth and monetization strategies.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Experience managing diverse domains and cross-organizational projects.
  • Knowledge of Pricing & Packaging strategies.
  • Strong leadership with a passion for mentoring PMs.
  • Proven success in B2C and B2B growth strategies.
  • Ability to develop growth and revenue models, with regular reporting to executives.
  • Experience working with product and sales teams, accountable for performance metrics.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with detailed analysis.
  • Track record of building successful, high-quality products with engineering and design teams.
  • Deep belief in the transformative power of video communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing high-stakes interactions.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity effectively.
