Job summary

Google is seeking a seasoned Product Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to drive products from concept through launch. You will collaborate with engineers, UX, and marketing to translate strategy into tangible outcomes, balancing user needs with business goals.

You will guide roadmaps, define product vision, and secure alignment across teams. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, market sizing, and strong communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1).
  • 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
  • Experience building agentic technologies and utilizing AI productivity tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own PRDs by overseeing collaboration with partner teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX).
  • Own and oversee definition of product roadmaps.
  • Develop and secure buy-in for a product vision that defines and supports the overall narrative and direction.
  • Validate market size and opportunity (user-based, strategic opportunity, revenue).
  • Lead metrics discipline, tracking quantitative and qualitative indicators for new or existing products.

Job description

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
  • Experience building agentic technologies.
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to streamline business or development workflows.
Preferred qualifications
  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and experience/curiosity for incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.

US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
