Group Product Manager, Enterprise Integrations

Job summary

Maven AGI is building an enterprise AI platform to deliver autonomous customer service at scale. We are hiring a Group PM to own the integration layer end-to-end, defining which systems Maven integrates with and how deeply.

You will own the roadmap, the P&L, and direct relationships with enterprise customers whose stacks we live inside. You’ll align tooling, patterns, and depth versus breadth decisions to ship new integrations faster while enabling customers to extend the platform themselves.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience focused on integrations, APIs, or iPaaS.
• Experience shipping integration products; explain connector vs platform differences.
• Direct experience with CRM/ticketing/knowledge base systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Confluence, Notion, Stripe).
• Fluent in REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, and event streams.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and prioritization for Maven's integration portfolio.
• Develop the underlying integration platform: tooling, frameworks, patterns.
• Make depth vs breadth tradeoffs for connectors and integrations.
• Engage enterprise customers to translate stacks into integration requirements.
• Define actions and tools; ensure safe, scalable executions at enterprise scale.
• Shape partner ecosystem strategy and marketplace listings (Salesforce AppExchange, Zendesk Marketplace).
• Collaborate with GTM and customer success to turn depth into enterprise wins.
